Pizza dude vacancy….

We’ve installed a wood-fired pizza oven and are looking for a pizza dude* to prepare some awesome, local ingredient inspired pizzas for our venue. The person we’re looking for doesn’t need to be an established cook or chef (although if you are please apply), but does need to be handy in the kitchen, able to work independently, make great pizzas and other beer food but most importantly be a good fit for our motivated team. The position is currently Friday through to Sunday at 20-30 hours per week.
