Section 49 – Wheat Beer

Our interpretation of a German style wheat beer (Hefeweizen) with subtle yeast driven aromas of banana and clove. Section 49 is named after our family farm in Cowell where the grain was grown last season. Low on bitterness and full of flavour this is a style you can enjoy year-round but particularly in warm weather.


Malt: Cowell raw barley, Wheat malt, Pilsner malt and Vienna malt
Hops: Hallertau
ABV: 5.4%
IBU: 15
